Dosage
Adults 19 and older : Take 1 to 4 tablets daily.
Teenagers 14-18 years old : Take 1 to 3 tablets daily.
Children 9-13 years old : Take 1 to 2 tablets daily.
Children 4-8 years old : Take 1 tablet daily.
