Each capsule contains:
Elemental magnesium………………..…........................................................15 mg
(from 300 mg of magnesium glucoheptonate).
In a base of Brewer's yeast.

Dosage

Adults:
Take, with water, 4 capsules per day, 2 before dinner, 2 before supper.

Note

Precautions & Adverse Effects

Avoid using two (2) hours before or until four (4) hours after taking other medications.
This formula is completed with brewer's yeast. Since brewer's yeast is obtained with the fermentation of malt, it can contain gluten. Do not use if you have a gluten intolerance(coeliac disease).
