Dosage

Adults:
Take 3 tablets daily, with a meal.

Glucosamine sulfate and chondroitine have been extensively demonstrated as efficient agents for osteoarthritis symptoms in many clinical trials. MSM is a source of sulfur, a mineral that is crucial for effective glucosamine and chondroitin incorporation into the new cartilage tissue. Clinical studies have demonstrated that MSM reduces joint pain either alone or in combination with glucosamine. Finally, chitosan oligosaccharides are glucosamine polymers. Their effectiveness has been pre-clinically demonstrated in mice.
