Medicinal ingredients

Each softgel contains :
Marine fish oil (salmon, trout, anchovy and/or sardine flesh)......................1 000 mg

   DHA (docosahexaenoic acid)......................................................................120 mg


Dosage

Adults and Children 12 years and older : Take 3 softgels daily, with a meal.

The World Health Organization recommends consuming between 1.1 to 1.6 g of omega 3 daily, for both men and women. Omega 3 have proven their benefits on the cardiovascular system in several clinical studies. These include: a net decrease in mortality rates associated with cardiovascular diseases (arrhythmia, thromboses), decrease in blood triglyceride levels, atherosclerosis and hypertension.
