Medicinal ingredients

Each tablet contains:
Elemental calcium (carbonate) (from oyster shells)........................................350 mg
Elemental magnesium (from oxide).................................................................175 mg
Vitamin D (cholecalciferol)..........................................................(135 I.U.) 3.375 mcg
Elemental zinc (from gluconate)........................................................................10 mg


Dosage

Adults only : Take 1 tablet once or twice daily, at different meals.
