Medicinal ingredients

Each capsule contains:
Stinging Nettle [Urtica dioica] (aerial parts) ............................................... 350 mg
concentrated 6:1 extract equivalent to 2100 mg of dried plant.


Dosage

Adults: Take 1 to 2 capsules 3 times daily, as needed.

Traditional references are mentioning its efficacy to support the urinary system in the treatment and prevention of kidney stones and to irrigate kidneys, as well as its efficacy to relieve rheumatic ailments. More recently, studies have also demonstrated the efficacy of the plant to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis (hay fever).
