Medicinal ingredients

Each capsule contains:
Ginger  [Zingiber officinale] (rhizome)………………..……150 mg
Concentrated 4:1 extract equivalent to 600 mg of dried roots


Dosage

Adults and children 6 years and above:
Motion sickness : Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before travel and every 4 hours, as necessary.
Other uses : Take 3 capsules daily, as needed.
