Concentrated extract 3:1 equivalent to 125 mg of dried bark
Senna [Cassia senna] (leaf)............................................................................95 mg


Dosage

Adults:
Take 1 to 2 capsules 3 times daily, with a meal (do not take more than 2 capsules per meal).
