Medicinal ingredients

Each tablet contains:
Glucosamine sulfate (glucosamine suflate 2KCl)............................................500 mg
from outer shells (chitin) of shellfish
Elemental Calcium (calcium carbonate)..........................................................120 mg
Elemental Magnesium (magnesium citrate and oxide)......................................60 mg
Vitamin D (cholecalciferol).................................................................................70 IU


Dosage

Adults:
Take 3 tablets daily, with a meal.
Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.
